About Grizzilla, Inc.

A studio built by an
operator, not an outsider.

Twenty-five years of building mission-driven companies. A new chapter aimed squarely at AI.

The founder

Patrick Diller

Founder & CEO · Kirkland, WA

Growth catalyst. Social entrepreneur. Humanitarian. Patrick has spent twenty-five years inside mission-led organizations working on the most stubborn problems in the world: food access, water and sanitation, and housing for marginalized communities — both domestically and internationally.

He has built and scaled programs in dozens of countries, advised entrepreneurs aligned with the UN Sustainable Development Goals, and held operating roles where AI was less a buzzword and more an obvious lever waiting to be pulled.

Grizzilla, Inc. is the next chapter: an AI-native launch lab that puts hard-won operating instincts behind a portfolio of products and a consulting practice for the organizations doing the work that matters.

What we believe

Four operating principles.

The values that show up in every product we ship and every engagement we take.

01

Build with people, not at them.

The best AI products feel like a teammate, not a tool. We design alongside the humans who will actually use what we build.

02

Ship before you theorize.

A working prototype settles more arguments than a perfect slide deck. We move quickly, learn loudly, and adjust without ego.

03

Mission is the moat.

The strongest companies we've worked with were the ones whose purpose was un-fakeable. We back ventures with the same quality.

04

Stay close to the ground.

AI strategy decided in a boardroom rarely survives contact with reality. We work with frontline teams as much as leadership.
